Our mission is simple: saving lives and restoring relationships by helping people get their lives back, and treating every individual with empathy and respect.Position Summary: As a key member of the Northpoint HR & TA team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for new hires across the organization while maintaining full regulatory readiness for healthcare audits and accreditation standards. This position is responsible for managing pre-hire onboarding workflows, auditing employee files for compliance with regulatory requirements (including The Joint Commission and Department of Health standards), and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and operational leaders to ensure new team members are fully prepared for success from day one. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a key liaison between recruitment, HR operations, and facility leadership to drive consistency, compliance, and a high-quality candidate and employee experience.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Onboarding & New Hire ExperienceManage the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance through first day readiness.Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately and timely (background checks, licenses, certifications, I-9, health screenings, etc.).Provide proactive communication to new hires to create a welcoming and supportive onboarding experience.Educate new hires on onboarding requirements, timelines, and expectations.Partner with hiring managers and leaders to ensure onboarding milestones are completed.Track onboarding progress and follow up with stakeholders to prevent delays in start dates.Coordinate orientation logistics and onboarding readiness across departments.Collaboration & Process ImprovementPartner with:Director of Talent AcquisitionVP of HRHR & TA team membersFacility LeadershipCompliance teamsContinuously improve onboarding workflows, documentation processes, and compliance tracking systems.Develop standardized procedures and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.Support implementation of HRIS workflows and onboarding automation.Reporting & MetricsMaintain accurate records and reporting related to onboarding and compliance.Provide regular updates to leadership on onboarding status, compliance gaps, and readiness metrics.Track trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance outcomes.Required Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of HR, onboarding, compliance, or talent acquisition experience requiredStrong knowledge of onboarding processes and employment documentation requirementsExceptional organizational and follow-through skillsHigh attention to detail and compliance mindsetExperience with communication & relationship building with stakeholders of various levelsPreferred Qualifications/Requirements:Experience with The Joint Commission or healthcare accreditation standardsExperience working in regulated environments (healthcare, behavioral health, or similar)Multi-state workforce experienceHRIS and ATS experience (Paycom or Greenhouse preferred)Compliance auditing experienceFull-time benefits include:Subsidized Health Insurance Coverage for Employee, Spouse, & Dependent(s)100% Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance equal to 1x annual salary, up to $100,000100% Employer Paid Employee Assistance ProgramVoluntary Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Supplemental Life & AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance.Pre-tax Savings Accounts for all IRS-allowable medical and dependent care expensesGenerous Paid Time Off planEmployee Referral Bonuses401K Retirement Plan & Employer MatchThis job description is not intended, and should not be construed, to be exhaustive lists of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with this job.
