In this rewarding role, you'll introduce children to the joy of movement and sports in a fun, supportive environment. If you love working with kids and have a knack for making learning exciting, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities Lead engaging, age-appropriate sports and movement classes for preschool-aged children Introduce foundational athletic skills including coordination, balance, and motor development Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants Implement structured curriculum across multiple sports such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball Set up and break down equipment at program locations and partner facilities Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques Requirements Experience working with young children (ages 2–6) in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and teachers Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development Reliable transportation to travel to various program locations in the East Bay area CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check Background in sports, physical education, child development, or a related field is a plus About Us Amazing Athletes is the nation's leading multi-sport enrichment program designed specifically for children ages 2–6, and our East Bay California location is proud to bring that mission to the community.
