Salary: $14-17 Whats in it for you as a Recreation Aide: Competitive Rates Great Benefits Package Amazing Work Enviorment Referral Program Recreation Aide Responsibilities: Assists in planning and executing recreational activities based on the needs and interests of the residents Encourages social interaction and communication between the residents through group recreation, and community interaction programs Facilitates recreational programs on an individual and group basis Provides individual intervention to residents based on personal needs and conditions Records resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs, writes progress notes, and attends care plan meetings as necessary Assists in the upkeep, storage, and organization of the recreation department supplies Assists with admission assessments, MDS, care plans and progress notes Ensures that residents receive the highest quality of service in a warm and caring environment which recognizes the individuals' needs and capabilities Performs other related job duties as required Recreation Aide Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent Must be computer-literate with Word, Outlook and basic software skills Experience with elderly and dementia-care preferred Part Time: 9am-5pm with every other weekend Join us as an Recreation Aide today! #J-18808-Ljbffr St. Mary Center
