The Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented individual to join our small team in a hands‑on operations role. You’ll play a key part in keeping our fulfillment and hardware operations running smoothly, from packing orders to assembling and testing mining equipment. No prior experience is required; we’ll train the right person. This is an on‑site position at our Defiance, MO facility near the intersection of Highway D and DD. What You’ll Do Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently across multiple sales channels Assemble and test Bitcoin mining hardware and electronics Perform basic electronics soldering and component assembly Process incoming bulk inventory and organize stock Handle product returns, inspect returned items, and update inventory accordingly Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow quality control procedures Assist with general warehouse and operations tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Required: Reliable transportation to our Defiance, MO location Ability to lift up to 45 lbs Strong attention to detail, as you’ll regularly be working with high‑value electronics Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated Interest in electronics, computers, or Bitcoin mining Nice to Have (not required): Prior experience with soldering or electronics assembly Familiarity with Bitcoin or cryptocurrency Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or eCommerce environment Schedule & Compensation Hours: Flexible, between 20 and 40 hours per week depending on workload and availability Pay: $16 to $20 per hour based on skills and experience Location: On‑site, Defiance, MO (near Highway D & DD) Why Work With Us Get hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge Bitcoin mining technology Small team environment where your work has real, visible impact Learn about Bitcoin, hardware, eCommerce, and operations from the ground up Flexible scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr Altair Technology
