As the Senior Living Director, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional healthcare service customer experience by providing support to clinical resources, therapists, and other associates of the network. Ensuring delivery of quality care with timely scheduling and delivery with prompt follow up of care for rehab needs. Maintains the objectives, goals, and philosophy of healthcare delivery in conjunction with the organizational mission. You will partner with agency clinical leadership to monitor efficiency levels within operations assuring prudent financial resource utilization. Ensuring efficient and effective communication among community leadership and interdisciplinary partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical and rehabilitation support efforts to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery and positive patient and family outcomes
  • Partner with clinical leadership and community teams to identify program needs, implement solutions, and support growth and customer experience initiatives
  • Provide operational and clinical oversight by monitoring documentation standards, performance indicators, resource utilization, and quality improvement activities
  • Support talent processes including clinician interviews, onboarding, staff education, and fostering collaboration across teams and service lines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, confidentiality, infection control, OSHA, and safety standards across supported agencies and programs
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Senior Living communities, Home Health agencies, staff, families, and external audiences to support care coordination and service awareness
  • Analyze trends, participate in operational reviews, and help develop action plans that improve business performance, clinical outcomes, and program effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Speech Language Pathologist, or Registered Nurse in at least one state the role oversees
  • Proficiency with current electronic medical record and business technology software systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical operations, staffing, business development, program development, human resource functions, therapy contracts, and financial reports
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, oral and written communication, project management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in direct therapy care; multi-discipline therapy management experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $120,560 to $180,840 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
