Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Fleet Support Program Specialist to join their team in Seal Beach CA or Seattle WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners (Fleet Chief Office In-Service Supply Chain engineering customer support etc.)
• Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
• Enters tracks monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
• Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities capacity and performance
• Project management of fleet-wide issues consisting of short and long-term challenges requiring BGS supply chain support without an existing plan
• BGS SME on fleet supportability Either know the answer or help direct to the correct team
• Multiple identifiers for supportability issues (Fleet Chief Office engineering service bulletins AOG/sales supply-chain health etc.)
• Own development and project management of roll-out until final execution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3 Years of experience in Supply Chain

3 Years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with SAP
• Define metrics and tracking mechanisms
• Comprehensive understanding of the issue criticality root cause and impact to customers
• Define support plan and complete path to execution
• Establish stakeholders action owners and communication rhythm
