Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,028 per week in Somerset, KY

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Somerset, Kentucky, 42501!

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an ICU/Neuro unit within a 295-bed acute care facility serving an 11-county region
Maintain patient ratios of 4:1 on day shift in a fast-paced neurological and intensive care environment
Utilize Meditech EHR for accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care
Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility as needed
Adhere to all required certifications and unit protocols;

BLS and NIHSS certifications required prior to start
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Kentucky
BLS certification required prior to start
NIHSS certification required prior to start
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility
Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in neuro or ICU specialty nursing
Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records system
Experience working in a facility with advanced cardiac or neurosurgery programs
