We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join a growing technical support team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in cabling, hardware support, low-voltage installations, telecommunications, data centers, or IT support environments.

As a Technical Support Technician I, you will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, documenting incidents, and helping maintain critical infrastructure and operational systems.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, cabling, network, and connectivity issues
• Research and resolve technical problems while meeting service expectations
• Document, track, and update support tickets through resolution
• Assist with equipment installation, maintenance, and inventory tracking
• Support Cat5 and Cat6 cabling projects when required
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow established procedures and standard operating practices
• Work closely with operations, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

✅ Experience with Cat5 and Cat6 cabling

✅ Basic troubleshooting and technical support experience

✅ Microsoft Excel proficiency

✅ Strong customer service and communication skills

✅ Ability to document and track technical issues accurately

Candidates should be comfortable:

• Lifting and moving equipment up to 35 pounds repeatedly
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in active operational environments
• Pushing and moving equipment, carts, and server racks as part of a team
• Wearing required PPE when applicable
• Working in varying environmental conditions

This is a Contract position based out of Berwick, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
