As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll combine hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and community engagement while helping Arbor Financial Credit Union expand in the Grand Rapids region. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support daily branch operations while mentoring a small team, stepping in for the Branch Manager as needed. You'll assist members with accounts, consumer loans, and issue resolution, while also ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. In addition, you'll represent Arbor in community events and outreach efforts, helping to strengthen our presence and support our growth across West Michigan.

What We're Looking For

• A growth mindset, drive to succeed, and passion for exceptional member service
• Experience in retail management, customer service leadership, or leadership in a related field, ideally 2-3 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working with financial products, systems, and confidential information
• Commitment to the GR community and a desire to make a positive impact
• Proficiency in basic computer operation
• Helpful but not required: Banking/financial services experience; college degree in business, finance, or related field
