- Engage with prospective and existing clients through telemarketing, and client outreach to promote insurance products.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property casualty, or commercial insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and personalized communication.
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, quotes, and policy details.
- Assist clients with benefits administration, policy renewals, and claims processes to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting insurance offerings.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate smooth policy issuance and client onboarding.
