As a Part Time Nurse Practitioner , you will provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Blue Springs, MS . The role consists of two 8‑10 hour shifts per week, ideally Monday and Friday, 6:00 AM‑4:30 PM, but we welcome candidates with alternate weekday availability. What You’ll Do Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines. Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management. Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care. Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care. Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies. Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed. Maintain patient health records, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date documentation. Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice. Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice. Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable). Hold a Federal DEA license matching each state of practice as applicable. Hold a State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) and New York ROPES registration where applicable. Hold a current national certification (ANCC or AANP required). Hold a Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (or a Master Degree in Science certificate that states Nursing; otherwise submit transcripts). Complete hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for healthcare providers; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope. Have at least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
