Job Role: Delivery Leader with Strong Insurance Background

Location: Canada/US - Remote

Year of Experience: 18-22 Years total experience

Type: Fulltime only

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Delivery Management: Drive successful delivery across all projects and initiatives for customer accounts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary onshore point of contact for customer business and IT leaders, building trusted relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Program Governance: Establish robust governance mechanisms, conduct regular program reviews, and manage escalations effectively to maintain service excellence.
• Offshore Coordination: Work closely with offshore delivery managers and technical leads to ensure seamless collaboration, effective communication, and alignment with customers' priorities.
• Strategic Partnership: Identify and drive opportunities for value addition, process improvement, and account growth in partnership with customer stakeholders.
• Risk & Compliance: Monitor delivery risks, compliance requirements, and ensure mitigation plans are in place, adhering to customers' standards and regulatory expectations.
• Financial & Resource Management: Oversee project financials, forecasts, and resource planning to ensure account profitability and efficient delivery operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely and transparent updates to both customer and internal leadership on program status, issues, and key performance metrics.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management or Delivery Leadership, including significant client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-project programs within a global onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Strong expertise in program governance, project execution, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing project financials, resource planning, forecasting, and account profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience driving digital transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts within consulting or IT services organizations.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) practices.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting account growth and strategic customer engagements.
