Technical Recruiter

Our client is a highly respected, technology-driven organization seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity to partner closely with engineering and technology leaders to attract exceptional talent across a wide range of technical functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, developing creative sourcing strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from intake through offer acceptance. Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Proactively source and engage top technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing methods. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and overall fit. Guide hiring teams through interview planning, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement. Advise hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring best practices. Partner with compensation, HR, and business stakeholders throughout the offer process. Leverage recruiting metrics and market data to continuously improve hiring outcomes and influence talent strategy. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements. Qualifications 5–7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, both in-house and within a recruiting agency supporting technology clients. Experience recruiting software engineers, infrastructure, data, product, or other technical professionals. Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets. Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence hiring managers and business leaders. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within software, fintech, trading, financial services, or other highly technical environments. Strong sourcing capabilities and a data-driven recruiting approach. Experience partnering directly with senior engineering leadership.
