This role helps coordinate resources, track timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards across a high volume of creative projects. As a detail-oriented communicator and collaborator, the Brand Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about creative operations and process excellence.What You'll Do:Project Coordination: Support the execution of creative projects (600+ annually) by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.Intake and Scheduling: Assist in managing project intake mechanisms, scheduling resources, and maintaining calendars for shoots, reviews, and asset delivery.Task Management: Use project management tools to assign tasks, monitor progress, and flag potential delays or dependencies.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners; provide timely updates and follow-ups.Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking production budgets and vendor invoices; support cost optimization efforts under the guidance of the Senior Creative Project Manager.Process Support: Help document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks such as file organization, meeting coordination, and documentation to support creative operations.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.4-6 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or marketing environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet) - 3-5 years in Workfront requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.What You'll Receive:As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $83,000K to $100,000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time.
