Role Description The Licensed Mental Health Counselor is a full or part‑time, on‑site and telehealth role based in Bentonville, AR. This role involves providing individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence‑based modalities, conducting intake assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals. The counselor will monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other team members to coordinate care. Daily responsibilities also include case management activities, consultation with referring providers when appropriate, participation in team meetings and clinical supervision, and contributing to a supportive, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence‑based practices across diverse populations. Demonstrated skills in Treatment Planning, including assessment, goal setting, and ongoing evaluation of therapeutic interventions. Experience with Relationship Counseling, supporting couples and families through communication issues, conflict, and major life transitions. Competence in Case Management, including coordination of services, referrals, and collaboration with multidisciplinary providers. Current licensure (or license‑eligible status) as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent in the state of Arkansas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards. Experience working with children, teens, and adults in outpatient settings; familiarity with trauma‑informed and culturally responsive care is highly beneficial. Comfort working in an on‑site clinical environment, with the ability to manage a consistent caseload and collaborate in a team‑based model of care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwest Counseling, Inc.
