Job Description
- Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master using Agile techniques and iterative development.
- Ability to manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
- Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, matrixed, etc.)
- Proven success in leading and driving complex, time critical software development projects through Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Proven success in removing impediments enabling teams to progress.
- Thorough knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures.
- Strong knowledge or experience of SAFe Agile Framework.
- Strong working knowledge of burndown metrics, velocity, user story development and task definition.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Knowledge of development on cloud-based applications such as ServiceNow
- Experience using and/or implementing the ServiceNow IT Business Management suite for managing Scrum practices (Agile 2.0, Demand Management, etc).
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
- Preferred PMP certification
- ServiceNow Admin certification is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus
