Job Description

Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master using Agile techniques and iterative development.
Ability to manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, matrixed, etc.)
Proven success in leading and driving complex, time critical software development projects through Agile Scrum methodologies.
Proven success in removing impediments enabling teams to progress.
Thorough knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures.
Strong knowledge or experience of SAFe Agile Framework.
Strong working knowledge of burndown metrics, velocity, user story development and task definition.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Knowledge of development on cloud-based applications such as ServiceNow
Experience using and/or implementing the ServiceNow IT Business Management suite for managing Scrum practices (Agile 2.0, Demand Management, etc).
ITIL knowledge is a plus

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
Preferred PMP certification
ServiceNow Admin certification is a plus
ITIL certification is a plus
