About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Person BCBA to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Harrisonburg, Virginia. As a BCBA with VA licensure, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to empower these individuals to reach their full potential, and we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based methods and creating individualized treatment plans

• Conduct behavioral assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and implement treatment strategies to address specific goals

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and behavioral data

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new program initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research in the field of ABA

Requirements:

• VA licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
