Omni Mental Health is hiring a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist for our Roseville location!
We’re looking for a compassionate therapist to join our growing team and provide therapy services at our Roseville office. We welcome both licensed and pre-licensed therapists who are looking for a supportive environment where they can build a thriving caseload, develop their clinical interests, and grow professionally.

What We’re Looking For
For this Roseville opening, candidates must:

• Have experience working with couples
• Be open to maintaining couples as a regular part of their caseload
• Be available to see clients during at least two evenings per week
• Be comfortable working on-site M-Th or M-F
• Value collaboration while also being able to work independently
• Be committed to providing individualized, client-centered mental health care

Position Details

• Full-Time- 24 sessions a week
• In-Person – Roseville, Minnesota
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on experience and areas of interest
• Two evenings of availability per week required
• Opportunity to develop and grow your preferred clinical specialties

Competitive Compensation
Pre-Licensed Therapists
Salary Range: $68,640 - $87,360 depending on qualifications and experience.

Licensed Therapists
Salary Range: $101,231 - $133,030 depending on qualifications and experience.

Signing Bonus, up to $2000.00, depending on qualifications.

Trauma-Informed & Trauma-Focused Therapy: We also encourage therapists with experience, training, or interest in trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy approaches to apply. This may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), prolonged exposure, somatic approaches, and other evidence-based trauma treatment modalities.

Candidates who already have specialized trauma training are encouraged to apply, as are therapists interested in pursuing additional training and developing their skills in trauma-focused care.

Opportunities to become DBT trained : We offer advanced training for applicants who are interested in pursuing joining our state certified DBT treatment program.
