Duties/Responsibilities: Full cycle accounts receivable for multiple companies Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments Reconciliation of Wisconsin sales and use tax Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to work in excel as well as other accounting software Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and organization skills Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred Previous accounts receivable experience required Company offers a competitive benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, 401(k) Plan, Paid Holidays and Vacation.
