What We Offer Pay range: $21–$23 per hour Health, vision, and dental benefits Paid holidays and sick days 401(k) plan with company match Employee referral bonus Student tuition discount About the Role As a Pre-Kindergarten Multi-Classroom Teacher at Evergreen Academy, you will support learning across multiple pre-kindergarten classrooms. You will work alongside classroom teachers and step in to lead activities or provide classroom coverage as needed, helping children experience consistent routines and a welcoming learning environment. Through our enriched curriculum, you will help young learners build foundational skills, think creatively, and grow socially and emotionally. This role calls for a flexible educator who enjoys connecting with different groups of children and adapting to the needs of each classroom. You will also: Lead developmentally appropriate lessons and activities using established classroom plans. Support early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity through structured activities and purposeful play. Help children develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships. Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment. Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support continuity across classrooms. Communicate professionally with families and colleagues about children’s experiences and progress. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of teaching experience in early childhood education. An advanced degree or early childhood teaching credentials are highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues. Flexibility and confidence working across multiple classrooms. A commitment to educational excellence and nurturing young learners. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
