Brand Ambassador – Hyundai Dealership Job Description:

A Charlie Clark Hyundai dealership Brand Ambassador is a front-line brand representative who promotes Hyundai’s products, enhances brand awareness, and supports the sales process by engaging directly with customers.

Role Overview

The Brand Ambassador for Charlie Clark Hyundai serves as the face of Hyundai at the dealership, building trust, educating customers, and creating a positive brand image. They work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness, increase engagement, and support dealership goals.

As a Brand Ambassador for Charlie Clark Hyundai, you help build brand loyalty, drive sales, and create memorable customer experiences — all while representing Hyundai’s values and products directly to the public.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey — from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up — via phone, email, text, and in-person.

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features, benefits, and technology.

• Brand Promotion: Promote Hyundai’s brand and vehicles through social media, daily product videos, and promotional events.

• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to increase product awareness and create sales opportunities.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Social Media Management: Learn and use social media platforms to share brand messages and engage with followers.

• Event Participation: Attend and help execute promotional events, product launches, and dealership activities.

• Feedback & Reporting: Share customer feedback and market insights with the marketing or sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Customer Service: Ability to handle diverse customer needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and demonstrate Hyundai vehicles effectively.

• Social Media Proficiency: Ability to create and share engaging brand content.

• Bilingual Advantage: Bilingual candidates are encouraged, as they can enhance customer engagement.

• SUPER EXTRA ENTHUSIASTIC ATTITUDE : Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.

Education:

High School or General Education Degree (GED)
