Associate Therapist (AMFT/APCC) - Full time

Position Overview Saratoga Therapy is looking for associates (AMFT or APCC) interested in becoming part of our collaborative group practice. Saratoga Therapy provides in-network insurance and private pay therapy, both in-person and via TeleHealth, and at our offices in Saratoga and Santa Cruz. We believe in the importance of the physical body in psychotherapy as well as seeing every person as a part of a larger community. We are also relationally focused and believe that much of the healing happens when we can develop a deeper connection to self and others. You can explore us further at We focus on supporting each associate in finding their own voice as a therapist and emphasize the modalities we as supervisors draw upon: psychodynamic, Relational Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, SE, NARM, NeuroAffective Touch, and Yoga therapy. Right now, we have immediate openings for AMFT/APCC. These are considered full-time positions, i.e., we expect you to provide at least 20 sessions per week. Benefits The benefits package for a full-time associate is as follows: Starting pay is $30/hr for in-network insurance clients. Administrative time and supervision are paid at $20/hr. Collect 40% of private pay client fees. Engage in one hour of individual and two hours of group supervision per week. Participate in two in-house training days per year. 3 weeks of unpaid time off during the first year of employment. Paid sick leave according to CA labor law.
