Over The Road - Lease Purchase
Contract with the Elite Fleet
At Hirschbach, we believe professional drivers deserve to be rewarded for the work they do every day.
That's why we're investing in our fleet with a total $.10 CPM pay increase for OTR Company and Lease drivers.
The first increase takes effect in July, with an additional increase planned for Q4.
Combined with our current $10,000 Sign-On Bonus opportunity, there's never been a better time to join Hirschbach.

Compensation:
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus - Limited Time!!
- $1.12 - $2.85 CPM
- +$.10CPM pay increase in effect July 2026
- Effective July 2026: $1.17 - $2.90
- Additional raise of $.05 CPM in Q4
- $1,500 per driver, $3,000 minimum per truck per week
- Sliding scale based on the length of the load
- Earn $.10/mile Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus Incentive
- $800 Orientation Completion Pay
- Breakdown pay/Layover pay
Solo Driver Lease Benefits:

- $.99 cent per gallon for fuel (Pilot, flying J and Loves)

- Drivers earn 2 skip payments per year

Home Time:
- 2-3 week out/2-3 days home
