Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic methodologies, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress on a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Regularly evaluate and adapt treatment interventions based on clients’ feedback and therapeutic outcomes to foster continuous improvement in client wellbeing.

• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide a multi-dimensional approach to our clients' care.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and therapeutic modalities in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily serve a diverse clientele dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
