Records Management Specialist II

Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Nonexempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ Duties & Responsibilities Maintains and manages records management systems and procedures. Ensures proper classification, storage, and retrieval of records. Supports records retention schedules and disposition activities. Conducts records audits and ensures compliance with regulations. Provides guidance on records management practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge of records management regulations and standards Ability to manage records lifecycle processes Strong organizational and analytical skills Attention to detail Ability to conduct audits and reviews Strong communication skills Minimum/General Experience 5 to 7 years of related experience Minimum Education Associate's degree (or equivalent) Special Notes Relocation is not available for these jobs.
