Make a meaningful impact working with K-12 students as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a contract role. Begin your journey in August 2026, making a difference throughout the academic year and finishing up in May 2027. You’ll help students reach their fullest potential, collaborating closely with a supportive educational team.

Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience or interest in working within K-12 school environments
- Solid communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Ability to create and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students’ unique needs from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and maintain effective treatment plans and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school regulations
- Engage with students to enhance fine/gross motor skills, adaptive behavior, and independence
- Promote a caring, encouraging environment that fosters student growth
