Applications Programmer Analyst

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in full-stack web-based software application development.

• Proficiency in C# .NET, Blazor framework, and SQL database programming.

• Experience with designing, developing, and optimizing relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and stored procedures.

• Experience in mobile application development using Visual Studio, .NET Core, DevExpress, and integrated payment gateways.

• Experience with responsive web design practices and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance.

• Experience in Agile SDLC methodologies, collaborative requirements gathering, and work management tools including Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end and back-end web solutions using HTML5, CSS, C# .NET Blazor, and SQL.

• Build, test, and debug high-performance mobile applications incorporating secure payment acceptance modules.

• Author optimized stored procedures, database tables, and schema designs on Oracle and SQL Server systems.

• Perform root cause analysis and software diagnosis to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system anomalies.

• Collaborate with systems analysts and architects to gather, validate, and model functional software requirements.

• Conduct codebase modernization projects, migrating legacy Java or Windows Forms software to modernized web frameworks.

• Present application change demonstrations and draft comprehensive technical system specifications for project stakeholders.
