Global Audit Response & Conflicts Attorney

Goodwin is seeking an Audit Response & Conflicts Attorney to join the Global Operations Team. You will coordinate the firm’s audit response process, manage intake and responses, and work with partners to ensure timely, accurate communications to clients and auditors. You will perform conflicts searches, analyze risks, draft engagement letters, and advise attorneys on professional responsibility and ethical obligations. Strong writing, analysis, and project management are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin
