Who We're Looking For Is experienced and confident in dental assisting Can work independently and anticipate the doctor's needs Is motivated and takes initiative Organized, dependable, and able to keep up in a busy environment Provides excellent patient care and makes patients feel comfortable Communicatees well and contributes to a positive team atmosphere Wants to be part of a drama-free, team-focused workplace Takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys dentistry Responsibilities: Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification.
