Job Description:

Drive transformation and business growth globally across one of the most dynamic markets as part of a high-impact leadership team overseeing Hybrid Cloud Solutions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, WW Hybrid Cloud Sales, this role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead change, and make a significant impact in a diverse region. Responsible for the operational success, strategic alignment and full integration of activities with the business unit and other functions. This role is accountable to the long-term success of the WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions business and its contribution to HPE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds and drives long term growth strategies positively impacting margin, market share, and revenue globally across nine geos
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing, multi-geo sales teams on overall sales strategy, productivity, complex opportunities and disciplined sales process management.
• Drives, supports and influences BU business models, go-to-market strategies, sales/marking initiatives, and investments in their business
• Ensures optimum sales coverage through direct/indirect sales quotas and goals; ensure operational excellence and disciplined pipeline management
• Build strong consultative relationships with key customer accounts and partners globally, as well as, the Hybrid Solutions business unit
• Provides the external leadership to industry, community, press
• Oversee the full Hybrid Cloud Solutions portfolio tailored to regional market needs
• Lead transformation initiatives throughout each geo
• Collaborate with executive management and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization
• Manage resource planning, workforce development, and succession planning for future growth
• Drive a performance culture that ensures top-tier sales capability and results

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 15+ years of technology industry experience, with at least 5 years of progressive sales leadership

• Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation across complex, multi-country and multi-BU environments.

• Experience managing P&L, setting strategy, and leading sales for high-value, technical solutions

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional strategic planning, strategy development, sales execution orchestration, and change management abilities
• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L, quota and margin management
• Deep understanding of hybrid cloud, AI, and enterprise technology solutions relevant to different geo or industry markets and strategies to influence buying
• Excellent leadership, communication, and C-Level and stakeholder management skills, including regional and cultural nuances
• Proven execution track record demonstrating effective orchestration, collaboration, value proposition, agility to opportunities, and strong decision making.
• Ability to navigate complex environments to lead and inspire through change and ambiguity
• Proven success in developing talent and building high-performing teams across diverse regions

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 555,000 - 1,105,000 in California // 555,000 - 1,105,000 in Texas
This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 60%/40%."
