Enterprise Applications Engineer – Microsoft 365

The BayTech Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer to support and enhance a sophisticated Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications environment.

This role will focus heavily on the administration, engineering, integration, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 platform , while also supporting a broader portfolio of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related M365 technologies
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, authentication, and performance issues
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve administration and operational efficiency
• Participate in application upgrades, migrations, deployments, and integrations
• Work with security and infrastructure teams on identity, access, compliance, and application security
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and help drive adoption across the organization
• Support and integrate additional enterprise applications as needed

Ideal Background

• Strong hands-on experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID
• Strong PowerShell skills helpful
• Experience with enterprise application integrations and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Intune, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Purview, Defender, or Microsoft 365 Copilot is a plus
• Experience supporting a large professional-services, legal, financial-services, or similarly complex enterprise environment is preferred
