\n Automation Personnel Services is hiring an experienced Welder for a leading manufacturer in Lewisburg, TN. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with strong welding skills who wants steady hours, a safety-focused work environment, and room to grow with a respected company.\n

\n Pay Rate \n

\n Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience\n

\n
\n

\n Schedule \n

\n Monday–Friday \n
\n 6:00 am-3:30 p, with overtime as needed. \n

\n Must be comfortable possibly moving to 2nd shift: 2:15 pm-12:45 am\n

\n Welder Duties and Responsibilities \n

\n
• Perform MIG welding on steel components using blueprints and work instructions.
\n
• Set up and operate welding equipment while following safety procedures.
\n
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
\n
• Prepare materials and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  
\n

\n Welder Qualifications and Requirements \n

\n
• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and use measuring tools.
\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
\n
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
  
\n
