Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Shipfitter experience
• Open to all shifts
• Strong commitment to safety
• Must meet eligibility requirements for attendance bonus and per diem

Responsibilities

• Fit, align, and install steel components on various marine vessels
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Lay out, position, and secure parts using welding, burning, or hand tools
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
• Work safely and follow all shipyard procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of shipfitting experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be safety‐focused
• Must be open to all shifts
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Must meet eligibility requirements for per diem and attendance bonus
