The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial transformation and scale, in line with the investment thesis of the private equity sponsor. This includes a strong focus on both organic and inorganic growth, with an emphasis on M&A activities to acquire add-on businesses that enhance scale, product offerings, and market presence. The CFO will be a key player in the company's journey to become a powerful platform business, and must be prepared to honor the company's past while steering it towards a successful future. The ideal CFO for this role will have a background in multi-site contract manufacturing within regulated end markets, with a proven track record as the top financial leader of a sub $100mm manufacturing company. A strong accounting orientation, including experience in FP&A, cost accounting, and operations, is essential. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive career success, with a preference for those who have a background in private equity and solid experience in M&A integration.
