Looking for a busy salon where precision and efficiency go hand in hand? Great Clips Gates of Prosper is high-volume and high-standards — great cuts, done right, done fast. You'll work with a strong management team that invests in your growth and trains you to master both skills. Hourly pay + tips + productivity incentives, healthcare, PTO, holiday pay, and a real path to advance. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
