Business Development Coordinator

Law firm in NYC is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support their firm with business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in legal BD/marketing. Salary: 75k - 85k plus discretionary bonus Business Development Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and manage marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials. Coordinate and support business development activities, including events, sponsorships, and client meetings. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and competitive positioning. Prepare submissions for industry directories and awards, showcasing organizational excellence. Maintain and update databases to track pitches, client interactions, and marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute special marketing and business development projects. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies in all marketing efforts. Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Business Development as needed. Business Development Coordinator Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or communications. Minimum of two years of experience in marketing or business development within professional services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Demonstrated analytical skills to synthesize complex information and identify actionable insights. Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
