Director of Technology

Director of Technology

Reports To: Chief Technology Officer Location: Chandler, Arizona Travel: Up to 30% domestic and international travel Level: Title and level (Director, Senior Director, or Vice President) will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated impact.

Position Summary Integrated Biometrics is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to lead hardware product and technology development for compact, low-power, FBI-certified fingerprint sensors. This role will guide product architecture, stage-gate development, technical support, manufacturing improvement, and root-cause investigations across hardware, firmware, software integration, and device engineering, with a strong focus on cohesive product systems and customer solutions that span hardware and software. The ideal candidate has deep hardware engineering experience, proven product-development leadership, and the ability to take complex hardware products from concept through release, as well as the systems perspective to align embedded, application, and SDK-level software with the hardware roadmap.
