The Role

At Zippy, we believe everyone deserves access to affordable, high-quality housing , but outdated lending processes have made homeownership increasingly difficult to achieve. We're on a mission to change that by making financing for manufactured homes faster, simpler, and more accessible than ever before.

As a Marketing Generalist at Zippy , you'll help shape how customers, partners, and employees experience the Zippy brand. You'll work across product launches, lifecycle marketing, partner communications, social media, website content, sales enablement, and brand storytelling to bring our marketing strategy to life.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who loves building. One day you might be launching a new product, the next writing a customer email campaign, refreshing website content, creating sales collateral, or developing content for social media. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to ensure every communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand.

This role will be working out of our Dallas office in-person.

What You'll Do
• Execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, partner initiatives, and company growth.
• Develop clear, compelling content across email, web, social media, sales collateral, and customer communications.
• Support lifecycle marketing programs by developing content that educate customers and improve engagement throughout the lending journey.
• Create marketing materials (print & digital) that help our partners and sales team communicate Zippy's products and services.
• Leverage AI and emerging marketing tools to accelerate content creation, streamline marketing workflows, and increase the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Help manage Zippy's social media presence through thoughtful content planning and execution.
• Partner across Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to bring marketing initiatives to life.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or marketing communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Experience creating content across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, and sales collateral, with experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality customer experiences.
• Curiosity about new marketing technologies , including AI tools that improve efficiency without sacrificing quality, with strong preference for experience using Figma or other design tools, and managing websites and CMS platforms.
