Founding Head of Growth / GTM

Hello, we are ONTHEBIAS - the AI workforce for physical product design and creation. We turn 40 hours of design-to-factory work into 10 minutes.
We are now investor-backed, and have helped 10,000s of designers and brands in over 46 different countries - including Nike, Puma, and thousands more.
Builder role, not manager-of-managers. You help lay the foundation for the first stretch, then build the team beneath you.
What you'd own:
- The full revenue motion - outbound, inbound, conversion, expansion, retention.
- Enterprise pipeline (already thousands of individuals users, but time to sell to companies).
- Self-serve activation across the existing user base.
- Pricing experiments, packaging, collaborations, paid acquisition when worth scaling.
- Hiring the first AEs / growth engineers / sales down the road.
Long-term: Head of Growth > VP Revenue > CRO > co-architect of one of the defining AI companies of this decade.
Who I'm looking for:
- You've owned a revenue number in your own startup or side hustle, OR you were the first GTM hire who built the playbook from scratch.
- You think like a founder. You build pipelines and know how to execute.
- You are creative, ambitious, and have something to prove to the world.
- You can sell to a designer AND a Fortune 500 procurement lead in the same week.
- You're driven by metrics and understand the importance of data.
- You've shipped a real revenue motion before.
- You have an appreciate for or experience with media network style or editiorial content.
- You understand the importance of organic viral media and know how to utilize that as well.
- Experience with fashion is a bonus.
Location: SF preferred for now. Open longer-term.
