Job Type: Full- Time Workplace Type: Onsite Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly Must be a U.S. Citizen Job Summary Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Geospatial Analyst to support a mission-critical intelligence program. The selected candidate will leverage specialized regional and functional expertise to analyze geospatial data, develop intelligence products, and produce high-quality analytic assessments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to transform complex information into actionable intelligence that enables informed operational and strategic decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Develop intelligence products using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other analytic tools to support the warfighter. Aggregate and analyze geospatial information and produce visualizations and modeling to support the production of intelligence reports. Assist in identifying key locations and personalities within high-priority networks. You’ll act as a strong collaborator and mission-focused team member who is comfortable working with other analysts, mission partners, and customers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with ArcGIS Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards Physical Requirements/Work Environment Normal office environment. Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $102,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
