What You'll Do

• Provide patient care in a high-acuity Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Monitor and manage invasive lines, ventilators, and drips with high acuity patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, leveraging clinical expertise
• Attend orientation, including clinical and unit-specific training

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Missouri or eligible for reciprocity
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• At least 1 year of recent PCU RN experience
• Strong skills in high-acuity patient care, including arterial lines and ventilator management

• Experience with high acuity drips and advanced monitoring
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and major holidays
