Sales Analyst

Job Description The Farmers Insurance District Office is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our network of insurance agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building data-driven insights, and collaborating with sales professionals to drive growth and performance. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Analyze sales performance data across multiple agents and agencies within the district Create and maintain spreadsheets Learn and interpret Farmers Insurance's proprietary sales reports and tools Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales production Provide actionable insights and recommendations to district leadership and agents Assist in forecasting sales goals and measuring progress toward targets Collaborate directly with sales agents to review performance and provide data support Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reporting and data systems Support district initiatives, contests, and incentive tracking Requirements Ability to pass background check Ability to obtain an insurance producers license Excellent analytical skills Communication-both verbal and written- are mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
