Network Administrator

Network Engineer

Pay Range: $52hr - $57hr

Install and deploy network architecture to support LAN, WAN, and cloud-based data network requirements.

Configure and deploy network hardware and cloud connectivity services.

Troubleshoot complex network performance issues, including packet analysis and log review.

Collaborate with network solution providers to design enterprise network topology, routing, and service levels.

Implement alerting and response procedures to ensure optimal network operations.

Follow incident, problem management, and change management protocols.

Perform capacity planning and support disaster recovery initiatives.

Support implementation teams by providing network architecture solutions for new projects.

Coordinate installation and deployment of network hardware and software across the organization.

Research and recommend network products, services, and standards.

Manage lifecycle of network hardware, including upgrades and refreshes.

Install and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

Design and deploy wireless networks and coordinate with vendors for procurement of network services.

Maintain accurate documentation for network infrastructure.

2 to 4 years of experience working with enterprise network technologies and infrastructure.

Experience with data center environments and network service providers.

Experience with cloud platforms and network automation tools.

Ensure reliable and secure network operations.

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.

Support deployment and maintenance of network systems.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Maintain documentation and follow operational best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to provide off-hours and on-call support.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with enterprise networking technologies and security systems.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages.

Understanding of wireless networking and network infrastructure design.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
