Location and Compensation: Newport News, Virginia. Hiring Range: $18.20 - $23.68/hour. Actual pay based on experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve credit issues. Complete refund requests. Manage assigned work queues. Read EOBS to diagnose credit causes and resolve issues. Assist other departments with credit or refund questions. Respond to SBOCREDITSPECIALIST emails with accurate, detailed responses. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required). Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred). Experience: 2 years in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle (Required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
