Office Assistant

We are looking for a highly customer focused Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full time, onsite role. The Office Assistant is responsible for providing a wide variety of services to all StyleCraft team members and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing calls, directing visitors, and ad hoc needs and special projects. Responsibilities Open and close the office building Accurately, courteously, and professionally respond to all calls and walk in visitors. Assists with office appearance, supply inventory, mail distribution, and stocking of conference rooms Assists with special projects as needed Assists with event and meeting planning, meal orders, reservations, etc. Assists with maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, conference rooms, lobby areas etc. Serves as the backup to the Office Coordinator in their absence Special projects as assigned.
