Qualifications:

• Active Texas licensure as SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC-SLP or accepted into a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to individualized, student-focused care
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students for communication disorders and needs
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Complete required documentation in a timely, thorough manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
