Business Intelligence Engineer

Westgate Resorts & Spa

The Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets, and developing robust reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making across Westgate. Approximately 65% of this role consists of backend ETL development using SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Snowflake, and 35% involves building Tableau dashboards, analytical reports, and business insights. The Engineer supports a wide range of business functions including Inventory Control, Yield, Operations, Call Center/ Dialer, Loyalty/ Owner Engagement, and Executive leadership. This role gathers business requirements, interprets operational logic, and translates them into automated workflows and scalable BI solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
