About the Role InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in‑home care for adult and geriatric patients in and around New Braunfels. Your focus will be to restore strength, balance, and mobility so patients can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. Key Responsibilities Deliver in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation per Medicare and agency standards What InHome Therapy Offers Consistent patient census through agency partner network Clinical Excellence Bonus – additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume Tablet and data plan provided Paid training and mentorship Concierge‑level clinical and administrative support Leadership opportunities and professional development Compensation & Benefits Paid on a per‑visit basis. Evaluation visits range from $75 to $85 per visit. Rates vary by visit type; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications and internal equity. Guaranteed base pay for the first 12 weeks to support transition into home health and provide financial stability during ramp‑up. Benefits eligibility varies with employment status and hours worked.
