Platform Integrity Lead

As a key player in protecting revenue and strengthening client relationships, the full-time Platform Integrity Lead will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution and communication during incidents while working remotely within the Eastern Standard time zone. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business to ensure coordinated and effective resolutions Act as the central coordination point across various teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing, during incident responses Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to drive long-term solutions Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or a related role within a digital advertising environment 3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Familiarity with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
