Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Recovery Specialist specializing in Case Management to join our team in Danvers, MA. This travel role requires a compassionate professional to provide case management services to individuals detoxing from substances. The Recovery Specialist will work in a supportive and sensitive environment, ensuring effective care and coordination for recovery and treatment plans.

- Maintain individual case load, including intake evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management support.
- Complete all documentation timely as per regulations.
- Coordinate with collaterals and referral sources as needed.
- Assist in retrieving patient medications from local pharmacies.
- Support other staff in milieu management and crisis management.
- Coordinate and support transportation needs for appointments and aftercare.
- Maintain Virtual Gateway access and complete required assessments.
- Engage in identifying possible contraband, performing searches as needed.
- Assess patients' continuing care needs and arrange necessary programming.
- Participate in education and group programming.
- Attend staff meetings and supervisory sessions as scheduled.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent; or Associate's degree in Human Services field.
- Two to three years related experience in chemical dependency.
- Knowledge of relevant community resources for aftercare placement.
- Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) preferred.
- Ability to complete on-site CPI and CPR training/certification.
- Experience in a multicultural setting with a customer service orientation.
- Must hold BLS certification.
